Hi I've got a DVD version of Knoppix- when I try to boot Knoppix all it does is the PC will still boot into Windows Vista (from the HDD). I've tried to change the startup process so it would look for any files in the disc drive first, but it still boots fromt he HDD despite this.

I've checked for malware (nothing found) and all my components are fully functional. What's the matter.

Will other computers boot from the CD?

Maybe the CD was not burnt correct so it is being skipped.

Either that or the boot settings are not correct.
