Default Mandriva Free 2009 Graphics Card Problem

So i have this working sweet pretty much out of the box.

Only thing is my screen resolutions seem a bit big and fuzzy.

Checking drakx11 the resolution is set fine along with the other settings, thought it may be drivers but when I open hardware in KDE all these boxes popped up saying nvidia driver update, then they updated automatically.

Any ideas please.

re-install the nvidia driver and make sure you have the kernel headers for the nvidia xorg

Yeah, but how, I'm new to this.

I cannot see anyway to install a driver and what is a kernel header?

right, mandiva has yast doesnt it? you should see a package manager in that. seach nvidia and check you have the latest versions of the drivers and the kernel headers. re-install them from there.

infact, there should be an nvidia program in your apps menu. make sure everything is set right there
