 Would i be able to boot with PCLinuxOS off USB

Can I download it to a flash drive? vista won't start, and i didn't back up any of my files.. i know i can boot from a PCLinuxOS cd but will it work on a flash drive?...

I think it depends if your motherboard supports USB booting? What mobo do you have?
