In theory, every OS can be a hacker's, it's just that most use Linux because it is the most and easiest to customise.

I thought most hackers liked a terminal window? How can an OS help with hacking all that much?

a hackers os contains: the tools needed for hacking such as wireless encryption cracking apps, its safe, leaves no traces and is secure its self

you have to realize that back when Bill started, he made an OS that was a billion times more simple than current OS. what he mean is you cant expect to make an OS that can compete with current ones if you never had hard core coding experience before hand. Bill made a very very Simple OS when he was young, something much easier to make than an OS such as XP or Vista.

Yea, because if you think back, even only to windows 3.1, it's so simple compared to XP/Vista, and that wasn't done on his own!
