I have just set up second computer for family and cannot get my husband's Outlook email account to work, the kids 2 accounts do under their user names. I opened Yahoo email account and noted the instructions for new account etc but when I test the account I get error message saying 'Unable to connect to the internet or network.Please verify connection settings'. The settings are the same as the kids and he is connected to the LAN. Have spent hours getting nowhere.

are yor kids on yahoo? as if they are not and have signed on using a different server then you may have different opperator settings.
maybe if you contact yahoo than they will give you the settings.
