hello i installed office 2007, but i cant remove it, i have tried to remove it by add and remove but it says "setup cannon continue because a required file is either corrupted or not available. Run setup again from the orginial source disk or download location"
I dont know what to do because i didnt use a disk and the download location i dont know because on of my friends gave it me, but after i log in 30 times the programe deactives, that is what my friend said after it deactived. And i asked him that tell me where you got from, and he doesnt know. So i could i remove it with rebooting my computer meaning removing everything off my pc?

is this a trial version downloaded off of the Microsoft web site?

if not, to ansure you question...illegal software is the full version of a program that you have acquired without paying for it and its very frowned upon on this forum.

if your friend has a knack for not paying for programs i wouldn't use what he/she gives you anymore....the consequences if caught can be very costly.

If it's de-activated then it's obviously not a full version - it's the perfectly legitimate trial version which Microsoft make available to everyone at http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/pr...741481033.aspx

That'll be where it was downloaded from but I've no experience of uninstalling the suite. Maybe that link's enough to get you past the query by re-running the installation from it and asking for an uninstall. Maybe you need to download the entire package and then run it and uninstall.

If you come back and tell us where you get to with it I'll be interested in the answer.
