Hi All

First post here, need some help with this, had to reinstall microsoft office 2007, installed with no problems but cant get it to update, goes to microsft update, brings up updates I require and then downloads them, my computer then goes to install updates and then I get a box saying some updates could not be installed, any help appreciated, this is driving me nuts, never had this problem before.

Quick question, please do not take offence, is the copy you are installing a legit copy?

Yes its a legit copy of Microsoft office 2007 and I have now managed to solve the problem, somehow I managed to change a setting and it was blocking all my updates including windows updates, the setting was called something like Antblocks in windows and it was set to block which was causing the problem, maybe somebody could shed some light on this as I've never came across this before and it would be good to know for future reference.
