I had saved an excel 2003 file onto a flash drive/USB and when I went to open it on a computer which had Excel 2007, a pop-up box appeared which said "conversion in progess".
When the workbook opened, the majority of the original data had diasappeared and the file was now opened as an xlsx file, rather than a xls. I then transfered the USB to another computer with Excel 2003, but the file still appeared as an xlsx file would not open. Is there any way to recover the data which was originally saved on the USB/flash drive? |
