Been given a task to look at my mums computer. Microsoft Word has just stoped working you click on the Word icon then it loads up the application but does not go anywere else. On closing the app it crashes and goes no where. Clicking on a document does the same nothing.

Also how do you set up the pop up blocker again on a big brain fart at the mo!

How to repair MS Word http://support.microsoft.com/kb/264625

If that does not work you can always use Open Office which will open all word documents and replace MS Word.

For the pop up blocker at the top of your screen click Tools > Pop Up Blocker.
