Default Installing New Font Styles

Hi Everyone,

I'm trying to download some new font styles.Sure there's no problem looking for the ones I want. But after I download them, I realized it's a Zip file. But I dunno how to get onto MicroSoft word. Can somebody help me out here?

I have never done this but would think you would have to unzip it in the MS Word program folder in C:\Program Files

Give me a link and I will look into it.

Default Installing New Font Styles

OK, go to C:\Windows and click File > New > Folder

Name it new fonts or whatever. Then unzip the fonts in it.

Then go to Start > Control Panel > Fonts and click File > Install New Fonts

You can then locate the C:\Windows\new fonts and add them to the collection.

Alternatively you can extract the fonts from the zipped files you've downloaded and simply drag the font files over into your C:\WINDOWS\Fonts folder.

Good points, but if you download a font package that has multiple font styles in it then you may want to be sure to unzip it in it's own location/folder. There's nothing like the thrill of unzipping 100 or so files on your desktop.
