I seem to have lost the pathfile icon in the MS Word toolbar...

I've checked and standard is checked off....

As well, I've tried resetting the toolbar itself and nothing. I thought that perhaps the user may have inadvertantly moved the icon, but resetting has done nothing to further my cause.

Any ideas?
