There is no limit to the filesize in Office, however it could be your ISP or webmail has a limit.

If so, try something like Sendspace .... with this you upload the file and provide your recipient with the download link ..... this is quite useful for large files.

Does it come up with an error? If it does, what does it say?

As far as I know there isn't a limit with outlook, however there are quite ofternly limits on mail sizes with e-mail providers.

You're welcome.

Another point to bear in mind is .... even if you were able to send the attachment, your recipient may not be able to receive it, as limits may apply to their ISP or Webmail or email provider.
That's why the SendSpace type service is widely used.

If it is just taking a long time to send then this may be the issue;

ISP upload speeds are typically 1/32th of your download speed.

So a 8MB connection has a 256KB upload, roughly.

Which means you are looking at 20mins to send that or upload it to the web somewhere, download obviously much, much quicker.

How about compressing the attachment, as an alternative? Use Zip or Rar - although depending on the attachment contents, it may not make a great deal of difference. SendSpace is supposed to be pretty good...
