Dear Forum Colleagues.

I am running MS Office Professional (OS= xp).

I have recently noticed that my Outlook has been acting rather erratic. It is now to the stage where most of the e mails I receive from eg Amazon.com are coming across as row after row of hyperlinks.
When I try and open one of these hyperlinks I get "Error" Unable to execute file in the temporary directory. Setup aborted. Error 5 access is denied.

I have deleting from temp folder. I have tried uninstalling office and re-instal and all to no affect.

Please can anyone out there give me an idea of the problem and how to get over it.

I would be very, very grateful.

Regards
James
