Hi Everyone

My delete button on my keyboard no longer works when using MS Outlook and MS Word (2007). I have tried the seach facility but can't find anything.

Any help is appreciated.

Try going to Tools/Options/General and check that "Navigation Keys for WordPerfect Users" and "Help for WordPerfect Users" are not ticked.
If they are, untick them and click "OK"
