I'm an IT admin for a small company. I'm experiencing a weird problem with some users on my domain with Micorsoft Office Outlook 2003. I have Office 2003 standard addition installed on all my user's computers. Some are repoting that they don't have the ability to include clip art in their e-mails. Normally, while composing an e-mail, you can go to the insert menu, highlight picture, and there is a sub-menu with the option for clip art, among other other things. With these users, there is no sub-menu for "picture". I cannot figure out why. If I sign on to their computers with my domain account, and create an Outlook profile, I have the sub-menu available to me. So I can only assume that this has something to do with their profiles. Has anyone seen anything like this before? Could it be something as simple as ticking off an option somewhere under tools? I've dug pretty deep into the outlook options and I cannot find anything. I would appreciate any help. It's not exactly an emergency, but it is driving me crazy that I can't figure it out. So far, all I have really tried is the repair feature, which didn't work. The computers all have Windoes XP SP2 for an operating system.
