Hi

I am currebtly having problems when I open my Microsoft Office Outlook 2003. Although I can send and receive mail, every time I open oe I get small blue installation box come up sayin:

Windows Installer

Preparing to install.It then tries to gather information but the progress bar only ever reaches about half way.

I then get another blue box come up saying:

Microsoft Office Proffessional Edition

Please wait while windows configures Microsoft Office Proffesional Edition 2003.

Again the prgress bar only reaches about half way point before trying to repeat the process.

Eventualt both boxes dissapear and Outlook works fine. However when I open up e mail again later the same happens again and again.

Anyone able to offer some ideas and is there anything I can do to rectify.

Try uninstalling Office 2003, reboot and reinstall it.
