Hello,
The answer's probably 'no,' but is there a way to program your own Highlighting color in Microsoft Office Word 2007? I searched Help, but didn't find that option, and Highlighting doesn't have a 'More Colors...' option like text color does. Just 15 default colors. I'm looking for a lighter gray than their 'Gray-25%' Thanks |

No, not the highlighting your mouse does, but the highlighting color that you leave over text, for good :) Like the 'background color' behind text in Microsoft Word.

I don't think it is changeable.
I couldn't find anything on Vista either. If you want a light grey you could experiment with yellow and printing it in B&W
