My uncle wants a list of tables and fixtures for his pool league. I was thinking about maybe putting them on a excel document. However would this be editable, because he wants to be able to update it weekly.

Thanks

Not via the website.. unless it was a free domain with an editor (like freewebs) that had a layout similar to excel..

basically yes you can, but you'll have to edit it on your pc and re-upload it weekly, its surprisingly little trouble, even though it may sound like more.

OK would you reckon would be the best way to easily update information like that then?

Ok well it depends so read the one that the option is right for the site.

1) Its a free domain, or payed but with an onboard editor. eg www.server.com/yourdomain or www.yourdomain.server.com

2) Its a payed FTP domain eg. www.yourdomain.com

1* I'd recommend you just create a table on the site and it can just be edited easily whenever you log-on.

2* It'll be slightly tedious but i guess you could just edit it in an editor like NVU and re-upload it every time.. its not ideal though..

If it is option 2 just say so and i'll have a think if theres an easier way.
