Default Visio 2007 Pro: How to insert shape between two connected shapes?

Hi,

I'm new to Visio and I'm sure this is probably a simple question, but I've been unable to find an answer anywhere else.

When working on a flowchart, if you decide you need to add a process step between two other process steps that are already connected, is there an easier way to do this than to break the connection, insert your new shape, and then connect your two shapes to the adjacent shapes?

Thanks in advance for any help.
