Ok I have the basics of the program down like what stands for what and how to use it. , but that’s about it. I just started College a while ago and my proctor told us we will be having a test so and I really don't understand how to write pseudocode/ flowchart, But if I do somehow get it do I could never tell you what I did to get there. So my question is does anyone know a simple way to learn this?

I don't think there is any simple way to learn anything. It just takes time an practice and determination.

And demonstration. Try asking your tutor to show you again. Tutors don't mind you asking questions, that's the purpose of their job.
