Doesn't really matter, any Intel Socket LGA775 board.

Having said that there is the old "Anythings only as good as it's worst" theory, this can be true for computers to a certain extent, so theres no use having state of the art 4 x 4GB ram that absolutely must be water cooled or it'll melt, which you've then overclocked to 500%

If you're going to put it with a CPU that doesn't even need a fan on the heatsink it's so old.

A more sensible example would be installing 4GB or more ram without having an x64 OS (x86 only recognises up to 3.5 roughly)

No, it will not work in any Socket 775 board. But it doesn't matter - this is a good deal for those who need a replacement, but it's not worth buying a board for.

What Carbon was saying is that seeing as it's an old CPU it's not worth investing in a new piece f kit just so you can run an old piece of kit.

It'd be a lot easier if you said what board you're using then we can say whether they're compatible or not.
