Went there first, looking for a 3800 x2 though, and i'm guessing it's due to the fact they've been discontinued, but the prices are way too high.

I just want a cheap dual core 939 processor, not bothered about performance as such, it's only going in a temporary rig whilst I sell my gaming rig.

get a cheap am2 motherboard so then you can get a cheap am2 processor.

AM2 board + AM2 cpu + AM2 ram = not cheap at all.
