I like the template alot, and I think that to attract more users, the site needs a better banner. It is currently good, as it matches the colour scheme, though frankly, the two computers aren't very good.

If this was improved, I think it may increase the chances of one-time visitors wanting to sign up. It will make the site look more professional also.

I like the text on the banner, all though I agree I think it could look better with something other than computers as it looks to obvious, in my opinion.
Don't take that the wrong way I think it is 'good' criticism. :)

To be honest, I quite like the banner! It gives me the feeling that I am using a Macintosh computer, I also do not know what you are talking about by saying that there are two computers. There is only one.

I have come to the conclusion that there must be some seriously myopically disadvantaged people looking at the logo.
There are in fact NO computers whatsoever in the logo.
If you look really carefully boys and girls it consists of;
1 x TFT Monitor
1 x A picture of the Earth
1 x A circle with a down pointing arrow.
1 x Printer

Good point from a vigilant Wolfey! I've never really looked at the banner, apart from trying to figure out what the printing pic is!
I can't see how the banner would make much difference to the number of sign-up's though.

It might even be a LCD tv rather than a monitor.

The printer could be a cleverly disguised paper shredder.

The 'Earth' could simply be a (dodgy) painted football

And the arrow? Well.....it's an arrow. ;):D

Here ya go! I made a new banner. One that, I feel, captures the essence of the modern machine.

Yes, i think the banner is really nice but it can be improved also like some more colourful tricks should be added in it and i am sure this gonna work very fine!!!
