Just a heads up, you can now only score points in the Computer Hardware/Software forums, off topic and community etc are now excluded.
Mostly because of all the word games and other stuff that seems to be getting more attention and doesn't really contribute to the forum. Previous points gained from the now excluded forums are still induced in your current totals but future points will not count. Thanks. |

On a side note the point of the competition is to increase good, quality posts, so all the chit chit in the tech forums as per the forum rules should go in off topic.
To reiterate, remember to stay on topic in those forums please, it's not fair on the other entrants if some of you bend the rules. Despite it also being against forum rules as many members seeking tech chat do not want to wade through a load of banter. I am not having a go, the staff are pleased with your efforts but we just need to reign this in a little. Thanks. |

Ahh, I am glad you have brought this up Dave.
As you probably know, I have been away for a while, and was somewhat confused when I had pages of active topics in my User CP. I have no way to go through them all, so just cleared them, but now I am sure people who were waiting for a response from me will have been missed. But it is nice to see some activity on the forums again, it had gone rather dead.
