Default Get rid of or reduce the amount of advertisements.

There is a setting in tab Mix plus to open blank pages in new tabs. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1122

Obviously I must be nuts... But not nuts enough to remove the ads.

Thanks Dave. Your doing a good job. It'll all be worth it when the site is paying for itself and you have loads more mod's to help you with the site.

Cheers CG!

To be honest I don't actually care if you block the ads or not.

But to then discuss it on the site where your doing it is rather rude.

yeh thats a question i was going to ask.... just reminded me

does it come to the point where you have some many members and such a high reputation that sponsors pay more to be on here, hence making profit aswell

whats the theory to a profitable website or have i just nailed it?

Traffic, eventually you get to a point where the ads make more than the users use in bandwidth.

*group hug Dave*
Ctrl + T.

Opens a new blank tab, puts the cursor in the address bar so you can type the address straight in.

And well done and thank you to Dave, for running such a good site so well. It's not easy. I used to do it as a hobby, and it takes a lot out of you. I don't have the time for it any more.
