Hello to everyone I am brand new to this forum and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to PM someone. I've used other forums very similar to this format and could easily pm someone , something I'm not seeing???? thanks in advance...

Hi Rescue.

Nope, it's not you. We don't allow a member to have the ability to send a pm until they've been a member for x amount of time and have made x amount of posts.
