We have no such groups.
The only groups we use here mods / admins and some special groups for malware experts etc... Invitation only. This may change in the future.

No, on some forums there is the option to join other publicly available groups.
It's just not something we feel we need at the moment, and it hasn't been hidden from view so to speak. I am not aware of any forums that actively use it.
