I have decided to give NewsBot his own PC, heck he's earned it.

Anyone fancy coming up with a spec? A money no object system.

Winner gets donator status and their super spec in NewsBots posts.

Don't forget all the parts needed.

there is a problem with that carbon, why would the newsbot pc need so many monitors? and how would you plug them all into 2 9800GX2's? I'll think about it and submit mine.

BFG GeForce 9800 GTX H²OC "WaterCooled" 512MB GDDR3 (didn't choose 9800GX2 as three of these in SLI isn't possible, however the 9800GTX's can be in 3 way SLI so can mean 6 monitors)
64GB Super Talent 3.5 inch SATA Solid State Drive X6 in RAID 0 (plus an optional same again for backup)
LG GGW-H20L Blu-Ray Rewriter & HD-DVD ROM Serial ATA Drive (if optical drive is required)
Zalman Reserator XT Black Hybrid Water Cooling System (get some nice overclocking :D)

I think the Skulltrail / LGA771 dually setup is better.

Dave, I think that system at least deserves a better CPU cooler... maybe a Tuniq Tower?

Oh and perhaps a T1 connection? For some gently browsing

Maybe your right serverguy, but it wasn't posted whilst I was making mine. I had forgotern about the duel CPU boards :( just a shame there aren't any with support for 3 way SLI

The D5400XS only supports FBDIMM up to DDR800.

Still, NewsBot surely has the capability to design a new memory controller.
