pming?It takes time to get promoted to CJ member, however the time it takes isn't revealed by admins. Oh, and as for the PM problem, I don't know what might be wrong

pming?It's the same for everyone. I went through the wait also. Once you change to Member you will be able to PM.

pming?Not sure if it upgrades on posts or amount of days you've been a new member etc but to help clear things up when i became a member i think i was on around 150 posts 4 threads and had been a new member for around 12 days give or take.
