Seeing that you seem to have a good amount of computer subjects covered, I thought I would suggest one more to help make your forum more complete.

How about a section on VOIP? Internet phone service is fast becoming one of the most popular new industries and it would be nice for people to discuss both the technical and business side of VOIP.

I think a VOIP section would be very useful - there are a lot of people out there that could benefit from using a VOIP option instead of a normal 'phone, but they are intimidated by it, and think you need fancy headsets and special software to do it.

I used Skype on my holidays with a £2.99 mic and my laptops built in speakers - the quality was just as good as a normal phone, and the calls were less than a 10th of the cost :)

As VOIP comes under hardware sofware and internet it cant really have a sub forum in any of the current main forums.

I dont think it warrants its own main forum just yet, maybe in the future.

I feel, that at this current stage VoIP doesn't really have much to do with the discussions of TCF. I can understand why you would like one but it really doesn't qualify for one yet, if people really wanted to discuss internet calling then why wouldn't they post in the "TCF Lounge"?

If that forum was added it would be as a sub forum, however dave as already said that new forum will not be added untill the community grows a bit more. I actually agree with you though, certain sub forums could be added to make the forum better in my opinion.

I really like the new sections. I came back today and saw a lot of new sections. I was pleasantly surprised. More to talk about it! Anyways, I think it's a good move. It'll allow people to get to know each other and help each other out even more.
