Hey I know you probably have something implemented but I think a good forum topic to have would be a trash area where posts that are just wrong (like that free wii no joke) would go as to get them out of the way. Also like auto tags where people just post something like *dead link* or *report* to report such topics maybe cut down on forum administrator requirements

Another thing this would help solve.
I noticed that in this forum there are a lot of just left open without response questions. The people register to this forum. Post one topic. Then check it approximately 2 to 6 hours later. then probably never come to this forum again. So I would say even if its a simple answer to a question just answer it. If it is unknown answer why leave it unanswered. Give people options and possible reasons. Those people will come back later saying they tried it and then maybe read the post again with some more information that will make it so that its a solvable question. Also for topics such as (what do you think of such and such components) I would say for them have a list of common computer parts companies so that they can check similar equipment from other sites. A lot of questions here can be simply answered by saying newegg.com or some other maybe similar UK site. (I only know of american computer hardware sites sorry)

If it is unknown answer why leave it unanswered.
Because no answer is better than a wrong answer. Almost all questions get a response. It might take a day for someone to come in who has experience with the subject. But they do come along. Personally I would rather wait and get a comprehensive answer rather then a guess.

I would say for them have a list of common computer parts companies so that they can check similar equipment from other sites.
Make up a nice guide and post it. It may make it as a sticky. Maybe not. The forum is supported by member contributions.

The thing is, with hardware, as soon as it hits the market, it is outdated to an extent. It changes rapidly. Also we have members worldwide asking what, which, how and why. Keep that in mind.
