Default Two Different CJ Web Pages

I turned on my old computer and when I come to CJ I see that the home page is different . On one computer home page is blue and gray on the other it is white. On my old computer is the one that I get thing that seem to be not in the right place . In all post when opened (example persons post name along with post but the line that is in between the post is in the wrong place something like this :

Press the Prt Sc key on the right of the F12 key, open up Microsoft Paint then Edit and Paste or CTRL & V, save as then upload here.

what is happening is i place in a post under my user name, then a line accross the page , then the post, your user name appears in my post ,then a line accross the page and then your answer
