Unless there is a way to make a picture of what is on my old computer you will not understand . I checked the link and it brings up the right page. I will need to find a way to bring up the screen that I get with the old computer so you can see it .

Just sounds like it's using an old browser that doesn't fit with it properly. Try updating it or getting a new browser, should fix the problem!
