Better stated the reputation points? Great idea i think, how does it work?

Basically, if you like what someone says, or they really help you ou with a question or problem you can click "Good Post" or the scales.

If it's a spam post, abusive, or unhelpful you can click "Bad Post" or the scales.

Theres a thread on it somewhere, but basically you can get more or less points depending who gives you the rep.


For example if a staff member reps you (eg Hybr!d - the site admin) you will recieve more points than if I rep you.

And in turn you would recieve more points from me than from someone who joined the forums a few minutes ago, although I'm not sure if this goes off their own reputation, or their member group (like New Member, Member, Donator, Moderator, Admin)

The point totals you see like this:

Random User - 13 /64

That means they have recieved 13 reputations, making a total point score of 64.
