 Ack another let down... i just pruchased a few bits and bobs from scan.co.uk everything was in stock. payment was taken. and iv now recieved an email saying an item wasnt in stock, even though it said on the site it was. the item comes back in stock, next friday!!!!! and wont be deliverd until the following monday!!! what a let down. anyone had this happen to them also?? |

| Ack another let down... That happened to me just last week. Ordered a new micro atx for a rebuild of a friends pc, ordered a new enclosure for another hdd, and two cans of air. All showing in stock, email received showing del for the very next day. Email received the day after quoting 2 weeks for the air (!!) and they wouldn't release the other components upon ringing them. So just cancelled the air. Not very good service I have to say.

| Ack another let down... il have to agree. i just phoned em up, in the past they have been very good, but this time. the guy on the phone was not helpful what so ever. he simply said, "theres nothing we can do" obviously they jumped at the chance to take my money because it went through straight away. i hate bad service. |
