| At what age should i expect my all round fittness start to dip i was thinking late 20s to early 30s i know there are ultra fit 40 odd year olds, but what about the adverage guy?i lived on the med for 4 years and id agree but i also thimh the culture was a benifit two,as in training with a smile and not a grimmace |

| God no the peak of male physicality is 30. this is the peak of fitness about 50 it starts to go down but that is not to say you should stop or slow down if already fit and healthy. look at mens health magazine or website they usually have info on this |

| there is no such thing as an average guyif you moved to europe you would be fitter within 12 months due to better diet (especially mediteranian diet) |

| I have no scientific basis on my answer to your question. But my observation is this: I am not a muscle man. I just turned 36. I noticed that my muscles are still improving with continuous exercise, so I guess this age is not yet the age of fitness depletion. |
