has there been much publicity in the U.K/U.S about the frires going on in vic at the moment?
think 181 people have died and over 1000 homes lost. and some are still burning out of control. theres one not 20 minutes drive away from our house but i think it might be contained. |

I've seen it on the news i think, And there's me thinking our floods in the midlands areas not to long ago was bad

Yes, and it seems 2 whole towns have been wiped off the map because of the fires. Apparently, arsonists started the fires, but they're still not sure.

and a couple of the fires were deliberately lit. they caught one of the arsonists, turns out he was a CFA volunteer. |
