Hey all, been meaning to start this thread for some time now as its a major interest of mine out side of the computer world
Has anyone every been or is currently into body building or power lifting? Ive been into body building since around the age of 12.. i started then but broke my arms and some ribs/toes all at the same time in an accident which put an end to it for a year, but got back into it at 13 , i was on around 45 kg bench press 70kg dead lift 10 kg dumbbell at the time (this is the highest amount of weight i could do with 1 rep) and progressed onto 60kg bench press 90kg dead lift and 15 kg dumbbell by the age of 14 , i then lost interest in it as my friends would rather sleep then come to the gym lol I've recently started again last year , then i was on 65kg bench press , 105kg dead lift 20kg dumbbell and now I'm at:

Bench Press: 95kg
Dead Lift: 145kg
Dumbbell Curl: 30kg
Leg Press: 230kg
(This is the max rep 1 rep with the highest amount you can do)

If anyone would like to list there's just copy and past the bold text id love to hear from anyone else who's into either body building or power lifting or exercise of all sorts bike riding, boxing etc but not football please lol I'm a rugby sort of bloke.

I was messing around at the local docks by my town and was exploring the abandoned old ware houses where they used to store giant roles of carpet and stuff, anyway by the side of this particular warehouse there was around 200 empty kegs of fosters , me and a friend climbed these and was able to get onto the roof of this where house , it stood at around 35 foot tall... so anyway me and my friend just wondered the roofs looking over the city for what seems miles until we saw a clear plastic sheet on the roof, we looked in and saw crate after crate of bear fosters etc so we broke in, carefully climbed down the crates and drunk ourselves silly , we climbed back onto the roofs to head home and then the police arrived and the fire fighters lol, they got a ladder and told use to climb down but i told them id rather climb down the stable beer kegs then a ladder (drink talking by this time) so anyway i headed back to the side where the empty kegs where and the next thing i know i was waking up on a cold dusty concrete floor surrounded by empty bottles and created of fosters, yes you guessed it i fell through the roof, didn't know it was just plastic .. so anyway as i regained consciousness i went to get up, and felt my arms bend back , i looked down and it looked as if my arms had speed bums on them , as i realized my arms were broke i tried shouting, but felt like i was being kicked in the ribs every time i opened my mouth. the fire fighters pried the doors open and the ambulance was on there way, a fire fighter held me up as i was drifting in and out of consciousness , and the rest is history
