Default Bodybuilding/Powerlifting!

yeh im a big fan

train 4 days a week, split workouts

currently putting alot of attention on my back and squats

need bigger quads and lats to accommodate the rest of me lol, kinda out of proportion, but its coming along

im a member of uk-muscle.co.uk, good site for nutrition info and general training rants hehe

max lifts would be for 1 rep that it......

Deadlift - 120kg (new to deadlifts, due to knackered back)
Squat - 90kg (this is my main aim at the mo, most likely more but i dont want to push injury really)
Curls - 60kg
Flat Bench - 110kg
Military press - 60kg
one arm DB rows - 40kg
Skull crushers - 30kg

obviously i do alot more techniques but i havent tested what i can max as im more occupied by progress (adding about 2.5kg every week to every workout)

all these are done with perfect form, especially the curls, i hate to watch cheat curls for one rep, pointless hehe

whats your stats boyo? height weight? BF?

Yeah I'm a bit into it too, lift regular, eat the diet and shakes etc.

Been doing it a about 12 months and I'm at 195lbs and 6'2, don't know body fat but I look ripped enough.

I don't really monitor/stick to a plan too aggressively but I'm clean bulking so all good.

nice one dave didnt realize you trained!

good to see another clean bulker!

im 5'11, 11 stone exactly/150lbs but have a very low body fat so results in terms of mass come through quick, i suppose its a good thing, but i cut bulk up enough to build some good mass and then cut to see even more results, still ripped as hell what more could i ask for, i just wont ever stand next to arnie

im just one of those fussy eater i suppose, but im still packing in the protein, carbs and good fats

more energy than ever before, compared to two years ago anyway so cant complain

just stick abit of cardio before breakfast or post workout buddy, making sure you got an energy drink of course, dont want to eat away at the muscle

powerlifting im pushing at the moment as my core strength is abit low, getting there though then ill turn specifically for mass!
