I'm scanning the usual hideouts.

Autotrader
Ebay
PistonHeads

Anyone know any other good places online to search?

Nope, the BM i posted in the other thread was a nightmare.

The guy wouldn't respond to email, phone calls or texts, for like 4 days.

So I decided not to bid on a car I wasn't being allowed to see.

He then sends me an email 5 Min's after the auction closes telling me 'Sorry the car is sold'

It wound me up to say the least.

Then there have been various other adverts with no photos and when you call asking for photos to be emailed the guy acts like you have just asked him to box up his arms and legs and post them to you.

Anyone would assume these people wanted to sell their cars.

I'm also very impatient by nature, wanted the dam car yesterday :D :p

Of course you wanted it yesterday! Novelty value is not to be taken lightly.:)

But you've done the right thing though, if you get a bad vibe about a deal, any deal, then walk away.

So it will have done about 5 miles, full service history from BMW and even perhaps a nodding dog in the back Dave yes?
