 Can you get HD signals with a regular antenna on... ...my HDTV? i have a Toshiba HDTV (with tuner) and i just cut my cable. I was told by a friend that antennas labled as HDTV are the same as regular ones and have the same picture. Is this true?       |

| Can you get HD signals with a regular antenna on... No. Antennas are analog... HD is digital. There might be special antennas used for digital broadcasts.... but in general, no, a generic antenna wont do the job |

| Can you get HD signals with a regular antenna on... That's an interesting link. Thanks for posting it. The article reminds me of the trend a few years ago of marketing headphones using the phrase "digital ready" to describe them. |
