Default car audio setup

just remembered, ive got in my car a 4 way 45watt cd player and ive got some random 1000watt speakers only two though, ive got a corsa so ive kept it simple with two front door speakers. when i turn it up to a certain volume it starts to crackle, sorrect me if i am wrong but is that the cdplayer struggling to put out at such high volumes rather than the speakers crackling themselves?

certain bass beats and octaves tend to make my speakers crackle and im confused of where to pin point the 'problem'

Yeah you probably need an amp to power those speakers
