The computer guy!!

you ever see when you were a kid like me and your computer broke, so you rang the 'computer guy' and he came round and fixed it for money, what do you actually call that job cause i wanna be a 'computer guy'?? any answers

It's my company and that's what I do.

I call myself an IT Technician.

But I basically fix PCs.

I'm completely self taught.

Just mess around with them and do a lot of research online.

Look for local companies who need a trainee, then work your way up.

Or go to college or UNI.

It's a very good industry to get into.

Yeah I did the same thing, bought a computer about 1-2 years ago and taught myself everything I know thus far
And my bro and I now have are own little business selling/repairing comps locally:)

No I work from home, 90% of my work is done on-site at a customers house or business.

To be honest there are about 200,000 people living in Donegal, so it would probably average about 70-80% of people have comps at home so 140,000-160,000

Im self-taught too in the hardware side of things but i am doing a computer science degree at uni.

Yeah, he unwrapped himself when he got delivered to his home address, screwed his own self together and booted his good self up......shame he forgot to ensure the groin charger add-on was included in the purchase price.:D;)
