Heck no, but then again, I can't see most of those movies as top 10 movies of all time. Godfather 2 sucked although the Godfather belongs there. Dark Knight was a good movie with a lifetime performance by Heath Ledger. For once the performance was up to the press, the hype, and the sympathy vote, but it had at least 30 minutes of crap that should have ended up on the cutting room floor, not the big screen.

Personally stuff like Braveheart, Last of the Mohicans, Gladiator, The Green Mile should be up there.

Yes the Green Mile is a beautiful film.

The Dark Knight - i would say it's the best batman movie ever made but not the best film ever made. it's definitely the way that Batman movies should be made. i find it funny to hear people say how Heath’s acting was outsanding... joker was awesome... Ledger makes this film blah blah blah !!! it was ok... if Christopher Nolan gave the same script and dialogues to any other Hollywood actor... and then he died... it would be just as same...

I disagree Sims. I am not swayed by press or sympathy, quite the contrary, i was expecting to ridicule Ledger . You don't "see" Heath Ledger in The Joker, you see the Joker. When Nicholson played the Joker you saw Nicholson, playing the Joker.

Don't shoot me but i've never seen The Green Mile. I've been meaning to but............

These lists are always highly subjective.......

Dark Knight was an excellent film and far better than the previous Batman series. I could list 7 or 8 films that I think should be in the list but aren't - and I doubt if anyone would agree with my choices...

That is so funny (about Bale). I thought he played a decent Batman and my wife would think you were being kind to him in merely saying he ruined the new batman lol. Of course I don't think they have ever gotten the "right' person to play Batman in any of those movies. who that would be I don't really know, i just know they haven't gotten the right one yet who really defined the role as it were.
