yup...have to. My oldest son has type 1 diabetes so I have to check the carb counts on all foods.

Not all the time, but just what is it about eating cold cereal, that makes you feel like you need to read the box while you're eating it? Top to bottom, side to side, all the ingredients, and percentages of B vitamins?!Or is that just me?...:-)

Forget about the Ads, and the Big Splashy Labels. You've got to Read the Fine Print, then, Look at the Serving Size. Often, a Small Container will be Listed as having 2 to 3 Servings. It's healthier to do so but it's not like I think this when I get french fries from McDonalds: "Oh I better check the nutrition label!" Yeah, sure.

I always look. I check calories, carbs, fat, sugars, and fiber content.

Yes as there is so much junk on sale its important to know what your eating, even some so called health food is loaded with sugar,salt and saturated fats !
