I made it approximately 2 hours ago to try it out.

My opinion?

You must have a very strong stomach Maria.

Yes, I check the nutrition labels on food packages every time. I'm rather a health freak, and I usually check them when I'm at supermarkets, selecting food before adding it to my trolly.

I don't like how, for example, it tells you what the ingredients are:

Sugar - (x) amount
Flour - (x) amount
Salt - (x) amount

And displays them all tightly together: Sugar - (x) amount Flour - (x) amount Salt - (x) amount.

Instead of a table format. Makes it harder to read.

I like the way its on all food now, all in the same format on the front.

Makes it much easier to compare and understand.

I have tried but I am lazy. I am so lazy that it is just easier to avoid buying things in packages and make them from scratch...well...have my husband make them. He does all the cooking. :p

I have tried the cabbage and corned beef before and really don't care for it cooked together like that. Now my husband loves it that way.

You lazy women, well Sage, shame on you.

Yes i read the contents of food packages, but i don't stick religiously to what is supposed to be bad for you, i like salt on chips and i just love a beacon sandwich, i think a little common sense is call for instead of tacking every thing the nanny state tells us to heart, if i go out for a night with the girls a take-a-way at the end of the evening is gorgeous

I occasionally check, just to keep a tab on what I'm eating, I tend not to eat things with added salt, and added sugar... Although I'm a sucker for caffeine...

Only thing i look for on packaging (usually cans of drink) is how much caffeine and energy it has. Early mornings, you know...
