| Hi i work out twice a week as i think its important to stay in shape

My present workout Running Machine 10 minutes fast jog (to warm up, tones legs) Full Squat 3 sets of 10 reps (good for thighs, all over toning and cardiovascular) Bench Press 3 sets of 8 reps (good for the bust, all over toning) Peck Deck 3 sets of 8 reps (bust and upper back) Lat Bar Pull Down 3 sets of 8 reps (for arms, tummy and back) Bench Dips 3 sets of 8 reps (arms and shoulders) Seated heels Raise 3 sets of 8 reps (for calves) Kneeling Backward Raise 3 sets of 10 reps each leg Leg (keeps your bottom round and firm) Running Machine 10 minutes fast jog (to Finnish, tones legs) This takes about 80 - 90 minutes and i change exercises on the fifth week (say change Lat Bar Pull Down for Rowing Machine) so as not to be doing the same thing week after week. I enjoy the Gym its good fun and its good for my health its not Body Building but i am very fit (don't drink much and i don't smoke) at 5`1" and a bit, 36"bust i can ware size 10/uk jeans just ( nice and tight) so its worth it ! , i have lots of energy and feel great and it don't matter what the weather is like the gym is air conditioned so i workout in the same conditions twice a week, and in shape is sexy ! | I really need to buff out a bit! I'm 6ft 3ish and weigh in at 9.11 - 10st!! Lanky man! My best mates just completed his PT course and is a man mountain, annoying he's younger than me too! He's here. He looks very gay but he assures me he's not!! I think a good diet of pasta potatoes and bread should do the job for me, then i'll have something to turn into muscle! Good job with your routine Maria, it's one thing to want to look good but another to do something about it! |

| Pasta is a brilliant source of complex carbohydrates but to build muscle you also need good protein, tuna / chicken is good. |

| Yeah I workout 3-4 times a week, I also eat right, tuna, pasta, eggs, chicken etc.

| I intend to eventually. I have a slim figure at the moment, but want it tonned. So soon, hopefully, i will start working out. |

| I used to work out all the time. Now with the two boys running around at home and me after them I get plenty of a workout. |
