| i only do the gym once a week, but the once a week is two hours or heavy lifting, i go by a guide i read somewhere on the net,

not many people think you should really go for it as you can hurt yourself, but i dunno, no pain no gain, what doesnt kill me makes me stronger? right?! lol na going with this plan is always painful the first time you do it but the rest of the 6 days your body recovers, then the following session you do the same (more weight if your brave) and your body feels less of a shock, my body has no come used to a rapid heavy workout once a week and toned really quickly due to it, within 3 weeks i had my 'washboard stomach' (lol) back from when i used to play rugby in school. obviously this plan wont work if your over weight as you wont tone straight away. im going to start now beach sprints and local jogs to get my calfs up abit, im going to pay more attention to my legs for awhile, im dreading the beach though, i can barely walk on sand let alone run lol diet wise im luckily, choc, crisps, fizzy drinks make me feel sluggish and crap so i dont instinctly go for them so without noticing i always take the healthy choice. p.s the '6 days rest' i do of course before i go to bed, a few situps, chin ups etc just to keep my body on a leash :) My System: Mine
