Wel just been searching around and looking for various ideas for a second income and came across dropshipping. Has anyone had any experience or success with this at all?

Me again... Sold on eBay for years, so did my mum. I would avoid like the plague. Dropshipping does happen. Like sometimes Computer2000 dropship for eBuyer. But most are not eBuyer . 99% of dropshipping info/companies are either scammers, selling fakes all kinds of shit. We sourced our products from china but there is so much competition. Avoid brand names too, all fakes.

Thanks for the heads up Dave, was just something I came across while researching affiliates this morning, I thought it looked too good to be true. SIte I first came across earlier offered not only dropshipping but full website domain and shopping cart too! Place was called dpbuk which is a registered business in the uk., a google on the name brings back more bad reports than good

Not to worry, off to work soon, 8 hours to think of a different method rofl

I recently got into doing online surveys, in the hope of some income..

However I realised a couple of days in that I needed 60,000 points just to get a £12 Amazon voucher.. no cash rewards at all and a Ten minute survey only get's about 2,000 points..

That's 300 mins for £12 ...

5 hours exactly for £12 so that's slightly over £2 per hour...

A terrible source of cash!!

(Well not even cash..)

Yeah reviews are a totally hopeless way.

Dropshipping is fairly pants as well lol, well it works for some people, but if you find a niche, in which you can make a profit, you can guarantee a gazillion others will pop up soon undercutting all your profit margins.

Here was a genious idea:
http://www.milliondollarhomepage.com/

Take Alex Tew’s MillionDollarHomepage from 2005 for instance – a website set up with the sole intention of selling pixels at one US dollar apiece to advertisers in order to fund its proprietor’s university degree. On paper it was a ludicrous concept – of course it was - but a 21 year-old Tew soon found himself a certified millionaire.

What did you dropship and how did you source your dropshipper?

i drop shipped shoes. i know they were good because i have been buying my OWN shoes from them for years now. plus they are very fast considering they are half a world away. i found them by accident. when i found them i had no idea drop shipping existed. i just wanted some Nike Airmax 360's for a low price. then i found them, bought them, and fell in love with the shoes. now, they are the ONLY people i buy my shoes from. upon ordering my second pair i saw that the shipping address could be changed from the billing address. they dont advertise drop shipping. but i thought, "say, if everyone else is selling these shoes for $150, and i can buy them for $80 (including shipping) i could buy them, sell them for $100 and make $20!!!" and so i did.
