| these days? Is it possible to get a desk job in the air force? What are examples of some? Also, how come when someone wants to join the military doing a desk job they are called unpatriotic by some individuals? |

| Very possible, talk to your local recruiter and tell them you want in personnel administration. Someone who would say that any job in the military is unpatriotic is them self not a true patriot. |

| I wish I'd done a desk job-after a while, you realize that they're getting paid the same as you are, when you're working out in the rain, 12 hour shifts with no lunch (avionics). Information management. That'd be the way to go---anything with computers. Okay, mostly anything-ummm, really, information managment is the best...the ydo everything at a desk....good luck! Oh, or services. Services does things like the gym, outdoor rec...that kind of thing. |

| Yes, anything in admin really. Information Management and Personnel are the better ones though.Don't do services. There job is to broad. The do things from cooking to storing dead bodies. Not the way to go. |
